Your information in Owner Desk

Owner Desk is operated by Ben Phillips. This page describes the current signup and workspace service.

What is saved

Signing in provides Owner Desk with your account identifier, email, and name when available. We save the business profile, contact information, schedule, menu, appointments, messages, and settings you enter so your workspace works when you return.

Who can access it

Your workspace is scoped to your signed-in account and staff you invite. Business details submitted for setup are available to Ben to arrange and support your service. Your appointments and messages are not shown to other business owners.

Connected services

Owner Desk runs on Cloudflare. Your email sign-in code is sent through Resend, and your account and secure sessions are managed by Owner Desk. When configured, Bland handles voice conversations, Cal.com handles connected scheduling, and Stripe handles payment details. Connections require setup; creating a workspace alone does not connect a phone or charge a card. Do not enter card details into business notes.

Your choices

You can update your business details and remove staff access in the dashboard. Contact myownerdesk@gmail.com for help accessing, correcting, or deleting your workspace information. Avoid entering sensitive medical, financial, or identity documents into notes or demonstration requests.
